Welcome to On the Road.
This is the story of a 3 month adventure
of driving from Townsville to Perth staying at Free Camps and surviving on a pension with my beloved possessions, a camera, a laptop computer and my Campervan.
Where friends are available, I will stay with them for a maximum of 3 nights, as 'fish and guests stink after 3 days', and the road is always calling.
Free Camps will be listed as I travel through the areas, and where possible, I will incude photos of the camp sites during the trip. When a free camping site is not available or too far away, I will stay at Caravan Parks where I can use the power to charge up my services. I do have an Inverter for the mobile and the computer, which can also be used for powering other things if I wish to.
I have already traveled by Campervan to Karumba and Back, so I will write those areas as I have time to do so, and update the potos and accommodation. They are already written in my ealier blog http://outbackart-maggi.blogspot.com
